Custom 24-Foot Tower Sign: Williams Homes' Palmera Community

Sign Image recently designed, fabricated, and installed a custom-built, 24-foot-tall tower sign for Williams Homes at the Palmera Community in Camarillo, California.

Project Overview

Measuring 7 feet wide and weighing nearly 1,100 pounds, this high-impact monument serves as a primary visual landmark for prospective homebuyers. The sign’s design integrates seamlessly with the community’s branding while highlighting Williams Homes' "Hometown Heroes" initiative, which offers dedicated home purchase incentives.

Fabrication & Installation Highlights

• Pre-Assembly Precision: To guarantee flawless quality control, Sign Image fabricators pre-assembled the entire structure at our Chatsworth workshop before carefully dismantling and transporting the components to Camarillo.

• Heavy-Duty Crane Lift: On-site, our installation crew reassembled the tower and coordinated a crane lift to hoist the 1,100-pound monument into position.

• Weather-Resistant Anchoring: Technicians permanently secured the foundation to withstand Southern California coastal elements for years to come.
  
  Sister Project: This installation follows another successful project for Williams Homes—a matching sister tower sign built and installed at the Creekside Community in Fillmore.
